Mountain States Construction Co. is a commercial general contractor that has been providing construction services in the state of Colorado for over 40 years. Founded in 1980, we specialize in tenant improvement projects as well as the construction of small to medium sized new buildings, primarily in the healthcare industry. We have completed hundreds of projects in the Denver metro area for various uses including medical, dental, veterinary, optometry, general office, industrial, restaurant and retail.

Our team of dedicated professionals is here to serve our clients and be a partner they can trust to guide them through the construction process efficiently and foresee problems before they arise to avoid costly mistakes and delays. Using standardized processes developed over decades of experience, and a collaborative approach with our subcontractors, vendors and design professionals, we are able to consistently deliver projects on-time and within budget.
